How much is shipping everywhere else?

YAY! Orders ship from our warehouse in China within 2-3 business days from when the order is processed. Orders placed on Friday after 12 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following business day. During high volume, like a sale, the processing time may increase. For domestic orders, USPS delivers shipments that may take up to 7-14 business days.
The delivery of my order is taking longer than expected.
Here are some suggestions:
- Check the status of your order.
- If it can be tracked, please count the number of working days from the date of shipment to the current day. Working day refers to the time period between Monday and Friday, excluding national holidays or weekends.
- If the estimated delivery time has not passed, please wait a few days. If you do not receive the package within this time, you can confirm that the delivery address is correct.
- If there is no problem with your address, it may be that the delivery of the order is delayed due to slow customs, logistics or postal clearance procedures.
- If you need any further assistance, or cannot find your order, please feel free to contact us and we will arrange a refund or re-shipment.
I haven’t received my order yet. What’s going on?
If you are in the US and it’s been over 10 business days since you placed your order, or if you are in other countries and it’s been over 15 business days since you placed your order, please let us know by emailing us with your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!
A note for international customers: Occasionally overseas shipments will take a longer time due to the delivery country’s customs. Each customs office is different and Tattly is not responsible for any fees or tariffs.

Order processing time:
We want to make sure that you get your items as quickly as possible.
We try to ship most items within 2-3 business days of payment Monday-Friday.
Most orders are in transit for two days but some may take longer.
If you have a specific time frame please contact us before you make
the purchase. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
We will e-mail you the tracking number as soon as the items are fulfilled, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Depending on where you live, most of the time the orders will be delivered by your local post service, therefore the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to let you know how and where your package can be collected.
Taxes and obligations:
After the package arrives in the destination country, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged. These fees are determined by the customs of a particular destination.
The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and we will not bear these fees in the "free shipping transaction". For more detailed information on charges, please contact your local customs.
